Clamfeet is small company that has set out to accomplish some big things. Mother of two, Julie, founded Clamfeet after the birth of her first son, Logan. When Logan first experimented with walking, Julie immediately went out and purchased him a pair of soft sole moccasins to help him in his brave endeavors. These moccasins were everywhere, so naturally she assumed they'd be great footwear. After just a week Logan had hopped in a puddle, as young boys tend to do, and muddied up his new shoes. Not only were the moccasins ruined but the money that had been spent on them was essentially thrown away because these little leather booties couldn't be washed. Julie set out to find a pair of soft sole shows that were durable and most importantly, washable. Sadly, there really wasn't a product covering all these bases. And just like that Clamfeet was born! All of the patterns are either created by Julie herself or crafted by artists and printed in North Carolina. Each pair of Clamfeet Moccasins are fully washable & dry-able, and are completely vegan. A lot of love, and long nights of sewing, go into these little shoes!
