Shipping Info

We are pleased to offer free shipping from San Francisco, CA on all domestic orders in the United States and low-priced options on all other orders. Orders typically ship out within two (2) business days. Once your order has been shipped we will send an email confirmation with your tracking information to follow your order's journey to your doorstep. You can also access tracking information by logging in to your account.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders in the contiguous 48 states via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Excludes some freight and oversized items. 

Please allow up to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship your order.

If you need an expedited shipment to be processed within the same day (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

In-store Pick Up: If you want to stop by the store for a specific product give us a call or send an email to make sure that particular item is available. You can find our store and contact information on our Contact Us page.

UberRUSH: If you're in the city of San Francisco and have placed an order valuing at $80 or more, you can have your online order delivered via UberRush (for free!) and enjoy your new gear right away.

International Shipping

As we curate brands from all over the world, we are also pleased to ship to most countries. Shipping options will vary and some restrictions do apply depending on the products being shipped and the final destination. Once you've placed an item in your cart, you will be able to view pricing options for international shipping.

Import Taxes & Duties

Please note that import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your item arrives at your destination country.
