Industrial Design and Engineering student, Gerwin Hoogendoorn, succumbed to his own frustration when his own umbrellas inverted due to wind, leaving him both soaked and inspired. By applying the laws of aerodynamics and by trial and error, the stormproof and fashion forward umbrella was born.
These windproof umbrellas have been built and tested to survive storm winds up to 100m/h- yes you read that right! With one side being longer than the other, the aerodynamic shape allows the umbrella to float on the harshest storm winds, not fight them.
Senz knows you want to stay both dry and stylish while you’re on the go. The windproof umbrellas come in a variety of trendy colors and designs, making them fully functional and suitable for you on rainy days. With multiple design awards under their belt and more rainy days in your future, isn’t it time for you to snag the most stormproof and windproof umbrella?
