Returns

Policy: We will issue a full refund for any orders returned within 30 days from your original delivery date.

Eligibility: Your item(s) must be in new condition, in the original packaging (please don't put tape on the product packaging).

Exchanges: Shipping is free for exchanges. Please request an exchange using the form below and we'll follow up shortly.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping on all standard returns for a refund.

Taking too long? If you've double checked your statement and haven't received your expected refund, please contact us and we're happy to check on it.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Custom-made orders and body care / hygienic products are non-refundable (for hopefully obvious reasons)
  • Oversized items like kayaks, surf and paddle boards, and furniture will incur a 20% restocking fee. You are also responsible for return shipping

Damage & Warranties

Damaged Items & Packages: Please let us know right away if you receive a damaged item. If we don't hear within 2 days from arrival, it makes it much harder for us to handle efficiently for you.

Defective Items: If your item has a defect within 30 days, please let us know and we'll set up a free return and replacement upon inspection.

Warranty: As an authorized dealer, all of our products are covered under the factory warranty. After 30 days we ask that you handle that directly with the manufacturer, but we're happy to help facilitate that process.
