WRF Lab
W/R/F Lab, West River Field Lab, is run by Japanese artist Nobuhito Nishigawara in Southern California. The name comes from Nishigawara’s Japanese heritage. He was born in Nagoya, Japan, and his family's name, Nishigawara, translates directly to West River Field. These collections of functional and casual pottery lines combines the artistry of traditional Japanese ceramic dinnerware with a clean and simple aesthetic. Every single object is artisanal in the W/R/F studio and is handmade and truly one of a kind.
