Once we receive and process your item, your refund will be issued and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We unfortunately cannot accept returns for custom or special orders.
Late or Missing Refunds
Looking for your money? Be sure it's been a few days since you received notice of the refund. Be sure to double check your bank account/credit card statement. If it's still not reflecting after a few business days, please let us know at email@example.com.

Please notify our customer service team of any damages (due to shipping) on your product within 3 days of receipt, particularly with large furniture items.

If your item arrives defective or is not functioning properly, please reach out to us and our team will work to help you troubleshoot. We'd love to provide you a prepaid shipping label to send the defective item back to us, and we can send a replacement after inspection of the defective item.
After 30 days of purchase
Any items reported damaged or defective after 30 days of purchase can be addressed directly with the manufacturer, and we will be happy to help facilitate that process.
