Returns Information

Changed your mind on your order or find that the item isn't exactly what you want? Our goal is to provide the best gear out there, but if the item isn't perfect, we strive to provide hassle free returns. We can guarantee a refund within 30 days of your order's delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, come with the original packaging (without any postage or tape on it), and in the same condition that you received it. Custom-made orders are non-refundable (we're sure you can understand why!), as well as any body care or hygienic products (you wouldn't want to purchase used body wash, right?).  For large items, such as furniture, kayaks or paddle boards, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred as we do team lifts to repackage and put these heavy items back into storage. We're sorry about that!
To initiate a return, please fill out our brief Return Authorization Form at the bottom of this page. Do note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that we cannot honor or accept in-store returns for online orders, as our brick and mortar shop operates independently of our warehouse. Sorry to be mean about it.
If you do not fill out a Returns Authorization form and receive a response from our team, your return will be returned to you or delayed in processing.

Once we receive and process your item, we will notify you on the status of your return. Upon approval, your refund will be issued and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 
If your item is a custom or special order, we unfortunately cannot accept these for refunds. 

Late or Missing Refunds:
Looking for your money? Be sure it's been a few days since you received notice of the refund. Be sure to double check your bank account/credit card statement. If it's still not reflecting after a few business days, please let us know at

Defective Items:
Within 30 days of purchase: 
If your item arrives defective or is not functioning properly, please reach out to us and our team will work to help you troubleshoot. We'd love to provide you a prepaid shipping label to send the defective item back to us, and we can send a replacement after inspection of the defective item.
After 30 days of purchase: 
Any items reported damaged or defective after 30 days of purchase can be addressed directly with the manufacturer, and we will be happy to help facilitate that process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
