Returns Information

Changed your mind on your order or find that the item isn’t exactly what you expected?

No worries—returns are easy. Our goal is to curate the best items out there, so want your purchase to hit the mark.

To initiate a return, please fill out our brief Return Authorization Form at the bottom of this page. We can guarantee a refund within 30 days of your order's delivery date. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In brand new condition with the original product (not necessarily shipping) packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. That means we can’t take any items back with tape or shipping labels on the actual product or its packaging.
  • Complete with a packing slip or copy of your correspondence with us (so we can tie your returns to you).

The fine print:

  • Please note that we cannot honor or accept in-store returns for online orders, as our brick and mortar shop operates independently of our warehouse.
  • If you do not fill out a Returns Authorization form and receive a response from our team, your return will be returned to you or delayed in processing.
  • Custom-made orders and body care/hygienic products are non-refundable (we're sure you can understand why!)
  • Large items and adventure pieces, such as furniture, kayaks or paddleboards will incur a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.


Once we receive and process your item, your refund will be issued and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns for custom or special orders.

Late or Missing Refunds

Looking for your money? Be sure it's been a few days since you received notice of the refund. Be sure to double check your bank account/credit card statement. If it's still not reflecting after a few business days, please let us know at


We are pleased to offer free return shipping for exchanges. If you’d like to exchange your item, please reach out to our customer support team by filling out the Returns Authorization Form below.

Damage Policy

Please notify our customer service team of any damages (due to shipping) on your product within 3 days of receipt, particularly with large furniture items.

Defective Items
Within 30 days of purchase

If your item arrives defective or is not functioning properly, please reach out to us and our team will work to help you troubleshoot. We'd love to provide you a prepaid shipping label to send the defective item back to us, and we can send a replacement after inspection of the defective item.

After 30 days of purchase

Any items reported damaged or defective after 30 days of purchase can be addressed directly with the manufacturer, and we will be happy to help facilitate that process.


To return your product, please complete the brief form below.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
