Olivia boasts a handle style steeped in history, with sartorial roots – a slight upturn at the handle terminal, and minimal collar -- dating to the 17th century. This traditional design is made by casting pewter around 18/10 stainless steel working ends that are then joined and finished by hand, without the use of any adhesives. The knives feature forged stainless steel blades, and all pieces are stamped with the signature hallmarks of our brand.
